Hi there! My name is Ashley and I’m a mom in my late 30s, navigating the beautiful chaos of life with my two kids—a sassy and curious 2-year-old and an energetic 7-year-old. My husband is often out of town for work, leaving me to hold down the fort here in Texas, where we’ve made our home for the past two years after moving from Northern California.

I’ve spent the last 13 years as an English teacher, sharing my love for literature and writing with my students. In my free time, you can usually find me immersed in a fantasy romance novel, scribbling down my own stories, or watching some intense college football (Go Blue!). I also love experimenting with new recipes, always trying to find fresh, delicious meals to share with my family.
